Not for Profit

Dovetail works with Not for Profit (NFP) organisations on a paid and pro bono basis. We take pride in the fact that money we are able to save, or additional capacity or quality we are able to negotiate, can be reinvested for the benefit of the good causes they support.

The following are examples of the projects we have successfully undertaken:

• Providing commercial support for grant distributions (including due diligence of applicants for funding)
• Running a tender for a complex IT managed services provider – delivering savings and an uplift in quality and capability
• Executing a tactical program to reduce number of suppliers and spend to meet an organisation’s budget objectives
