• Provided ERP Program Strategy and Commercial Project Management services for two leading Tier 1 mining companies SAP S/4HANA transformational projects (including Business Case development, tendering and negotiation of all contracts (services & applications) and management of a multi-vendor landscape during implementation).
• Commercial & Procurement Advisory services for a Rare Earth metals company including tendering for their ERP implementation and IT Master Services Provider, procuring ERP, CRM, EHS, Payroll Software
• Providing Property / Accommodation procurement services for a mid-tier miner
